What is a life coach?
A life coach is someone who helps you get clarity about the direction of your life.
As a life coach, I am interested in where you are and want to be.
I will help you discover your inner values and beliefs to motivate action in moving you toward where you desire. With a life coach, you will discover your strengths and hidden abilities to fast-track your goals.
Is life coaching for me?
I believe all types of people can use a life coach at some time in their life.
A life coach is for you if you want to maximize your potential, raise your standards above mediocrity, have a deep desire for change, a need for direction, and want to focus on achieving your dreams.

What happens in a coaching session?
Each session is built upon the previous coaching session, ensuring a clear and definite path to the outcomes desired.

During each session, we will review the actions and achievements from the last session and look at the general progress made.

We will also look at your present position concerning your goal and any As well as Exploring what actions and behaviors worked and didn’t will be important for formulating new action steps.

What are the benefits of life coaching?
All coaching is self-investment.

My goal is to help keep you focused on where you want to be and motivate you to move forward.
Life coaching will help you uncover hidden beliefs that sabotage your growth and success.
Is Life Coaching a substitute for therapy or any other psychological treatment?

Absolutely not. Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice.

How is life coaching different from therapy or counseling?
Both coaches and counselors offer a support system to help, you gain strength and clarity to move forward, however coaching deals with where you are now and where you want to be.
Counselors are often interested in helping you deal with past trauma.
Life coaching is action-orientated, while counselors and therapists are more coping and healing orientated.
Life coaches help you set goals and milestones; counseling helps you recognize and solve your problems in life.

A coach is focused on your potential, while a counselor helps you be at peace with yourself and your life.
Counselors are trained in human development and mental health conditions.

Coaching is not covered by medical insurance, while therapy and counseling may be covered by medical / health insurance etc.

I have clinical depression. Will this help me?
Unfortunately, I am not trained as a psychologist or medical doctor, I cannot take a client that has a clinical diagnosis such as depression, bipolar disorder, or an eating disorder that is not currently being monitored by a doctor. If your symptoms are being managed, we can absolutely chat about working together.

Do You have any Group Sessions?

At this time, you will only be able to book with me privately Group sessions are not an option at this time.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please give a 24hr notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

What is your refund policy?
All Sales are final. (situations and circumstances may vary)

General Conditions

Life Coach Kiara Elizabeth Rights

Kiara Elizabeth reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Client of Kiara Elizabeth , Flourish Products LLC employee, or member, will result in immediate termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Kiara Elizabeth and Flourish Products LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

In no event shall Kiara Elizabeth or Flourish Products LLC be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, products our services or this agreement (however arising including negligence). In no event will Service Provider's aggregate liability for all claims of any kind, including any claims arising out of or related to this agreement, whether by statute, contract, tort, or under any other theory of liability, exceed the fees paid by you for the Coaching Services provided by Kiara Elizabeth hereunder during the one (1) month period immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.

The failure of Kiara Elizabeth to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kiara Elizabeth and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Kiara Elizabeth (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

06. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds are handled case by case with the goal of understanding clients' needs and expectations. Clients are expected to notify coach Kiara Elizabeth via email within 24-48hrs for any appointments that need to be rescheduled or canceled. If for any reason coach Kiara Elizabeth must reschedule or cancel an appointment clients will be notified by email 24-48hrs prior to appointment time.
